RC model of Amewi AFX180 helicopter offers the possibility of control in mode 1 or 2. With a rotor diameter of 320 mm, the AFX180 single rotor helicopter is controlled by a 3D/6G gyro and also has an automatic "hold height" mode. In addition, this great entry-level helicopter has a built-in auto take-off function that allows the model to take off at the touch of a button and fly autonomously at a safe altitude. This allows the pilot to concentrate on basic control functions.

Stable and easy to fly thanks to the 6G system
The 6G system ensures stable balance, only the Nick (forward/reverse) and Tilt (right/left) functions need to be controlled. In addition, the maximum servo swing is limited in 6G mode, so the model behaves like a coaxial helicopter. When the lever on the transmitter is in the middle position, the model automatically stabilizes around the neutral axis. For faster flights or in light winds, the dual rate function is also available to increase servo deflections and make the model more agile and faster.
Robust design and long battery life
Overall, the model is made of robust material and equipped with a high-capacity LiPo 2S 7.4 V / 700 mAh battery that allows flight time up to 15 minutes. In addition, the AFX180 single rotor helicopter can be recharged in 70-90 minutes using a USB cable and is thus quickly ready for the next flight.
