Dobrý deň, klávesnica funguje ako má, ale softvér zo stránky výrobcu nie. Ide mi cez neho nastavovať tlačidlá, ale farby nie. Písal som na podporu Trustu a riešim to s nimi, ale u nich sa vraj chyba neprejavila, u mňa aj na inom počítači je. Hrabal som sa v súboroch softvéru a zistil som, že existujú dve verzie s rôznym PID, moja má 0x033e, ale je aj s PID 0x0348. Ak chcete vidieť PID, stačí otvoriť správcu zariadení, v sekcii klávesnice vybrať klávesnicu a dať jej vlastnosti, prejsť na kartu podrobnosti a tam zvoliť cestu k inštancii zariadenia. Chcel by som vás poprosiť, či by ste nemohli vyskúšať inú klávesnicu, ak máte na sklade, či vám tá zmena farieb bude fungovať, ale skontrolujte ak tak, aby mala pid ako ja, 0x033e. Lebo ak vám nepôjde, majú tam chybu oni a testovali ju na tej s pid 0x0348 a s ňou im soft ide. Ak vám ale zmena farby pôjde a máte pid ako ja, znamená to, že mám vadný firmvér v klávesnici a mal by som ju reklamovať. Ďakujem.
