The Trust IPCAM-2800 indoor IP camera monitors your home in high resolution 1920×1080 with a wide 103° viewing angle and classic infrared night vision with an 8m range. The device uses advanced Motion Detection 2.0 with person detection to eliminate false alarms, and is powered directly from the mains using the included adapter and 2m cable. The compact design with a motorised drive allows for smooth pan and tilt to monitor an entire room from one spot.

Sharp Full HD Image
The fixed-focus lens combines glass and plastic elements for clear light transmission to the motion sensor. The device records video in 1920×1080 resolution at a maximum frame rate of 20 FPS, ensuring a smooth and detailed picture. The horizontal field of view reaches 103° to cover a wide part of the room. Efficient H.264 video compression effectively reduces storage capacity requirements and network load while maintaining high recording quality.
Classic Night Vision
Monitoring continues uninterrupted even after the lights go out or in complete darkness. Classic infrared night vision automatically activates invisible illuminators when the ambient light intensity drops. The infrared illuminator, with a range of 8m, reliably renders details throughout the room without the need for distracting visible light.
Intelligent Detection and False Alarm Suppression
Advanced Motion Detection 2.0 technology focuses on recognising people in the field of view. This system minimises the sending of false alerts that can be caused by pets. Automatic tracking of moving objects physically rotates the lens to follow the detected target and keeps it in the centre of the frame, while instantly sending a mobile notification and triggering the integrated audible alarm.
Two-Way Audio for Direct Communication
The body of the device integrates a sensitive microphone and speaker for two-way audio transmission in real time. Users can listen to what's happening in the room or talk to people and pets near the device through the mobile app. The built-in speaker serves as an audible alarm, which is activated when a defined area is breached and helps to deter unwanted visitors.
Connectivity and App
The wireless network connection works on a dual frequency that supports both the 2.4GHz WiFi band and the more modern 5GHz WiFi band for stable data transmission with high throughput. Managing settings and monitoring the live stream is done via the mobile app in English, which requires Android 6.0 or newer, or iOS 11 or newer. The digital zoom in the app makes it easy to zoom in on the monitored scene to check fine details in the room.
