Wireless connectivity with Wi-Fi 7
The device uses the modern Wi-Fi 7 standard and provides wireless transmission across three frequency bands. MU-MIMO and OFDMA technologies enable effective communication with multiple client devices at the same time without any loss of speed or stability. The transmission speeds on the individual bands are: 2.4GHz: 688Mb/s, 5GHz: 4300Mb/s, 6GHz: 5800Mb/s.
Mesh technology and coverage
The access point reliably covers an area of up to 140m² with a consistent wireless signal. Support for Wireless Meshing, Band Steering, and standards for fast roaming ensures a smooth transition for mobile devices between multiple access points in a building. The entire system easily handles over 300 simultaneously connected devices without any performance fluctuations.
Advanced network security
Modern encryption protocols and advanced security features for business deployment ensure the security of transmitted data. The device strictly isolates guest traffic and effectively prevents unauthorised access to the local network. A robust integrated firewall protects the entire network from external threats. The main security features include: WPA2, WPA2-Enterprise and WPA3 encryption, an integrated firewall and access control, and an isolated network for guests (Guest Zone).
Connectivity options
The access point offers a fast network interface for a reliable wired connection to the backbone network. Power is supplied exclusively via the Ethernet cable, which simplifies installation on a ceiling or wall. Active power over the PoE+ standard eliminates the need for a separate power adapter at the mounting location. There is one 2.5Gbit LAN port (RJ45) and support for the active 802.3at (PoE+) standard with a supported DC voltage range of 44 to 57V.
