VERBATIM Vx500 SSD 480GB
The Verbatim Vx500 external SSD, with a capacity of 480GB, uses high-speed flash memory and a controller optimised for the USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface. This combination of technologies significantly speeds up data transfers compared to conventional drives, which results in a noticeable reduction in the time needed to back up or copy large volumes of data. The internal components are protected by an aluminium body, which not only prevents mechanical damage during transport but also actively helps to dissipate heat generated during intensive use.

- Sequential data write speeds up to 440MB/s

High transfer speed
Thanks to the USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface, the drive achieves read speeds of up to 500MB/s and write speeds of up to 440MB/s. Such performance makes working with large multimedia files, like 4K videos, graphics editor projects, or extensive photo archives more efficient. You can also smoothly run virtual machines or data-intensive applications directly from the external storage, without needing to copy them to your computer's internal drive.
Compact and durable design
The Space Grey aluminium body increases the drive's mechanical resistance during everyday use and transport. With its compact dimensions and a low weight of just 29 grams, the drive fits easily into a pocket or a small compartment in a bag. These features make it a practical extension for Ultrabooks and other portable devices with limited internal storage capacity.
Wide compatibility
To connect to a wide range of devices, you will find two separate cables in the package. The package includes both a USB-C cable for modern computers and mobile devices, and a cable with a classic USB-A connector. This eliminates the need to buy additional converters or adaptors. You can connect the drive to both modern and older generations of laptops, desktop computers, or televisions that have a corresponding port.
