Power is provided by a CR2032 battery, which keeps the probe running for up to a year on a single charge. The WEBER smart wireless probe features a durable design, making it dishwasher safe. It has a diameter of 4.8mm, which makes it easy to insert into meat or other foods.

The WEBER smart wireless probe can be paired with the Weber Connect thermometer and then with your smartphone, where you can download the Weber Connect app. The app offers many recipes and guides you through the grilling process step by step. It monitors the internal temperature of the meat and displays it in real time on your smartphone, predicts how long it will take for the meat to be done, and alerts you when it's time to turn or remove the meat from the grill.
