Luminous flux
Measured in lumens (lm), this value indicates how brightly the headlamp shines. Some LED headlamps offer multiple brightness levels, adjustable either in steps or continuously. However, a higher luminous flux reduces battery life.Up to 100lm – ideal for home use (cellars, lofts or car repairs).
100–400lm – designed for outdoor use (night running, cycling, camping).
Over 400lm – built for extreme professions and sports (rescue workers, climbers).
