The Philips 223V5LSB LED monitor delivers vivid colors on a Full HD screen, attractively shaped chassis, and with reduced energy consumption. Its LED backlight lights up quickly to full power and contains no mercury, so it is easily recyclable. The LEDs allow for better brightness control and contribute significantly to the extremely high contrast ratio which is great for gaming and movie playback in high resolution.

The monitor also boasts the SmartContrast feature for extremely high dynamic contrast ratio of 10,000,000:1 which provides incredibly fine gradation of colours and their natural appearance within the image. SmartControl Lite allows easy adjustment of most parameters of the monitor to always meet your needs. Of course there is also the typical 5ms response time for sharply defined dynamic scenes.
