V popisu monitoru IIYAMA se udává 3 letá záruka IIYAMA na monitor a tříletá záruka vadných pixelů.Toto u mě rozhodlo při nákupu tohoto výrobku.O to více jsem byl překvapen,když jsem na prodejně při přebírání výrobku obdržel informaci,že na tento výrobek se vztahuje jen 2 letá záruční doba.Proto jsem tedy přistoupil k doplacení záruky.Myslím,že to od Vás je lživá informace,kterou uvádíte v popisu výrobku a uvádíte tímto zákazníky v omyl.Očekávám tedy od Vaší společnosti seriózní vysvětlení a nápravu situace.S pozdravem Rostislav Kalina jednatel společnosti Jiros s.r.o.
