Dobrý deň, chcem vás poprosiť o technickú pomoc pripadne radu. 26.7.2017 som si u vás kúpil LCD monitor 32" AOC Q3277PQU Popis problému : asi po dvoch dňoch používania/ skúšania sa mi zrazu na obrazovke objavila vertikálna tenká zelena čiara, ktorá sa pohybovala asi 40 cm po strede obrazovky . (možem poslať foto) Vyskúšal som reštart a vypnutie PC, kontakty kábla, iný kábel, iné rozlíšenie, nič nepomahalo. Po prehodení za starší monitor sa čiara neobjavila. Myslel som že sa novy monitor pokazil, tak som preistotu ešte v AOC ovládaní i-menu, postupne zapínal/vypínal rôzne predvoľby, až zapnutie a vypnutie DCR (dynamicky kontrast ) čiara zatiaľ zmizla. Viete mi poradiť čo to spôsobilo ? Asi by som mal monitor vrátiť. Vďaka
