Dobrý den, u nově pořízeného přístroje nelze přehrávat starší pořady (iVysílání, Nova Plus). Pomocí červeného tlačítka se aktivuje nabídka a lze ji prohlížet, ale po zvolení konkrétního pořadu se pořad přehrává jen 15 - 30 vteřin a pak se program automaticky přepne na aktuální TV vysílání. Prosím o radu, zda je problém v nějakém nastavení, na které jsme nepřišli, nebo jde o vadu, která musí být předmětem reklamace. Děkuji.
