Dobrý den, po zakoupení Tv mi normálně fungovala aplikace O2tv, na kterou jsem se při zakoupení televize speciálně ptal, protože mám dlouhodobě tuhle službu s ohledem na sport zakoupenou. Před nedávnem se mi po spuštění aplikace O2 začala objevovat informace o přechodu na novou verzi 2.0. Po cca 2 týdnech nelze aplikace spustit, resp TV jí již neobsahuje. Není možné ji ani zpětně nainstalovat. Není možné nainstalovat novou verzi 2.0 s tím, že Google play v tv říká, že tato aplikace není podporována. Spojil jsem se s O2, abych s nimi věc řešil, ti mi odpověděli po několikerém dotazování, že to musí být televizor s operačním systémem Android / Google TV od verze 9.0 nebo Google TV. Moje TV by měla mít operační systém Android 10, aplikace přesto nejde. Znovu opakuju, tuhle TV jsem si pořizoval proto, abych na ní mohl sledovat O2tv se sportem. Děkuji Martin Agler
