Magnesium intake is important for a person whose body is exposed to physical exertion.
Magnesium contributes to:

Dosage
Pour 1 sachet into a glass 1 time a day, cover with cold water, stir gently and drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

The high magnesium content may cause a laxative effect in sensitive persons. It contains a source of phenylalanine. Not suitable for phenylketonuria patients. Gluten-free.
Ingredients
Acidifying agent citric acid, magnesium carbonate, the acidity regulator trisodium citrate, natural orange aroma, natural aroma, starch, orange flakes (0.5%) (oranges, sugar, emulsifier, sunflower lecithin, the sweetener aspartame, acesulfame K, beta-carotene dye.
