Dobrý den, lze tento telefon připojit k internetu přes data na SIM a instalovat WhatsApp? Potřebujeme tlačítkový telefon s SOS tlačítkem pro babičku, abychom jí mohli posílat fotky a volat přes WhatsApp. Pokud by to tento neumožňoval, poradíte nám prosím jiný? Děkuji.

Dobrý deň. Telefón je potrebné od jeho zakúpenia (september 2022) denne nabíjať a to aj v prípade keď z neho mamina vôbec netelefonuje. Je to pri tomto type bežné alebo je to na reklamáciu? Ďakujem...

Dobrý den, taťkovi jsem koupil tento telefon. Aby taťka mohl fotit a poslouchat muziku, koupil jsem mu micro SD kartu značky Kingston SDCS2/128 GB, ale telefon nedokáže micro SD kartu detekovat. U tohoto telefonu uvádíte možnost rozšíření kapacity až na 256 GB. Je to chyba telefonu? Mám zakoupenou záruku okamžité výměny. Jak mám teda teď postupovat? Děkuji za radu.

Dobrý deň, mám k mobilu dve otázky. Dá sa prepnúť poloha z Prahy na Bratislavu? A dá sa ušetriť batéria aby sa nemusel nabíjať každý deň? Používa sa len klasicky, volania, sms.. žiadne hry ani aplikácie ale aj tak ho treba každý deň nabíjať. Ďakujem za odpoveď.
