Dobrý den, mohu se zeptat, co znamená "alternativní" toner? Myslel jsem si, že to znamená, že se jedná o nový toner od alternativního výrobce (neznačkový / OEM výrobce, prostě druhovýroba). Ale vypadá to, že se jedná o repasované tonery nevalné kvality. A v mém případě došlo k tomu, že po cca 300 vytištěných stránkách je žlutý toner na 4% (!!!) a tento purpurový je po 300 stranách sice na 77%, ale sype se z něj prášek, který zašpinil celou tiskárnu zevnitř. Je to na reklamaci?
