AlzaCafé Ethiopia Dimtu Guji comes from the West Guji - Hambella region, one of the most renowned coffee regions of Ethiopia. This choice coffee is processed in Dimtu's washing station, one of the most technologically advanced in the region, working with more than 1,500 small farmers. This background and the emphasis on quality at every step results in a coffee with a distinctive and pure character typical of this part of Ethiopia. In the cup, it offers a fresh, tea-like texture and delicate fruitiness with hints of peach, complemented by black tea and a slightly fruity aftertaste. The coffee is roasted in small batches to medium grade in Slovakia, which allows for careful quality control and ensures that it always reaches you fresh, flavour-balanced and in ideal condition. Coffee cherries are grown at an altitude of 2 100-2 300 m above sea level. m., where the cooler climate and significant temperature differences slow down ripening and encourage the development of rich aromas and natural sweetness. These conditions are typical of the Guji region, prized for its ability to produce elegant and complex selections of coffee. The Ethiopian varieties used, JARC 74112 and 74158, are known for their robustness and ability to develop subtle flavour nuances that give the coffee its characteristic freshness and purity.

As a result, AlzaCafé coffee stays fresh and full of flavour for many weeks or months. For maximum quality, we recommend storing it dry and at a constant temperature, out of the fridge and freezer.
