The coffee is roasted in small batches to medium grade directly in the Czech Republic, which allows for careful quality control and ensures that it always reaches you fresh, flavour-balanced and in ideal condition.

The coffee comes from Bella Vista Farm in Honduras, which was built literally from the ground up with a clear vision to create the highest quality coffee with respect for the land, nature and the people behind each bean. The Arabica Pacas variety is grown at higher altitudes, where the slower ripening of the coffee cherries contributes to a richer, more complex flavour and a stronger character in the final coffee.

That's why we pack our coffees in opaque, triple-layered bags that protect the contents from air, moisture and light. It includes a handy zipper closure so you don't have to pour the coffee anywhere - simply reseal the bag after opening. The one-way valve allows the natural gases produced after roasting to escape, but at the same time does not let air in. As a result, AlzaCafé coffee stays fresh and full of flavour for many weeks or months. For maximum quality, we recommend storing it dry and at a constant temperature, out of the fridge and freezer.
