AlzaErgo Mounts Adapt to Every Monitor
Our AlzaErgo mounts are equipped with a simple system for very precise spring resistance adjustment, so they can be set exactly to the weight of the monitor to always hold it in the desired position while also being comfortable to handle. It doesn't matter whether you have a light or heavy monitor. The spring resistance can be adjusted using the included Allen key. Simply turn the screw left or right to increase or decrease the spring tension.
A 36-month / 3-year or 48-month / 4-year warranty refers to the total duration of the warranty from the date of receiving the goods. Compared to standard statutory rights, this gives you an additional 12 months / 1 year or 24 months / 2 years, respectively, to file a claim.

Dobrý den, mám problém s vertikálním polohou tohoto produktu. Celkový dojem z produktu je kladný, ale absolutně nedrží vertikální polohu. Při menším zachvění desky stolu volným pádem monitor “pustí”. Objednal jsem dva tyto držáky a chování je prakticky totožné(druhý pustí po delší době) Dle návodu jsem příslušné spoje utáhl. Monitory váží 3 a 2.9kg. Nezanedbal jsem nějaký bod nastavení? Děkuji.
