Při nejnižší poloze dle displeje 73cm je ve skutečnosti horní výška rámu / spodní strana desky 775mm od země. Slouží k nastavení skutečných 73cm reset? Pokud ano, při držení tlačítka dolů se nic neděje. Rám vypadá, že by ještě ty chybějící 4 cm mohl sjet dolů, ale při montáži nebylo možné to více zasunout. Dá se s tím něco dělat? Děkuji

Dobrý den, potřeboval bych poradit - můj stůl se časem dostává na vyšší a vyšší nejnižší výšku. Momentálně na displeji svítí oněch 73 cm, ale horní hrana desky (2 cm) je ve výšce 81,5 cm - nohy už nedokážou sjet níže. Myslel jsem si, že by pomohl reset, avšak ten podle manuálu po držení tlačítka "dolů" neproběhne - domnívám se, že stůl se nedá resetovat pokud nedokáže sjet až na "skutečných" 73 cm. Předem děkuji za jakoukoliv radu.

Dobrý deň, viete mi prosím poradiť s technickým problémom? Už pár mesiacov používam bez problémov tento polohovateľný stôl až doteraz. Napriek tomu, že mi nevyhlasuje žiadnu chybu, tak stôl sa pri zdvíhaní (do prednastavenej polohy, ale aj pri držaní šípky hore) zastaví po pár centimetroch a následne zíde o pár centimetrov späť. Na stole mám položené dva monitory a malú poličku, čiže preťaženie určite nevzniká. Nepomohlo ani odpojenie od el. siete, ani resetovanie. Viete mi prosím poradiť, či sa dá táto chyba nejakým spôsobom odstrániť, alebo treba celý stôl reklamovať? Ďakujem za skorú odpoveď.
