Panthenol - heals, soothes, reduces water loss from the skin, effectively moisturizes, softens, improves skin elasticity, stimulates skin cell division and regenerates

Extract of cabbage shrubs - soothes irritation and redness and accelerates healing of minor wounds
Use:
Apply the toner on a cosmetic pad and gently rub it over cleansed facial skin.
