This is just another name for a premium battery backup that provides power for all devices that need electricity. The APC Back-UPS BX 750VA (IEC) UPS features the Line interactive design approach. Off-line is classified as the most basic form when power fails, since it switches to the internal battery for electric power. The line interactive UPS enhances the simpler off-line version of power protection to prevent damage from electrical surges from the grid.
