The APC Back-UPS PRO BR-1300VA UPS battery backup features the Line interactive design approach. Off-line is seen as the simplest form if the electricity is interrupted, since it switches to the internal battery for electric power. The line interactive UPS enhances the simpler off-line version of power protection to prevent damage from dangerous surges and spikes.
