Overvoltage protection of electronic equipment for businesses and households. Reliably protect your computer, printer, copier and prevent serious damage to the device. Four of the eight drawers can be freely switched on or off via the switch. The specialty of the device is integrated protection telephone lines, coaxial television cable and Ethernet. Of course there is a LED to indicate the status of the power supply and overload. The device is equipped with a 3 m long cable. Fixing the cable is a rotary device because you can put whatever you want. The package will also find two telephone cables with a length of 1.8 meters, a 0.6 meter long coaxial cable with gold plated plugs and 1.8 meters long TCP/IP cable.

Dobrý den. Prosím o radu na koho se obrátit. Tuto přepěťovou ochranu jsem kupoval 12/2011. Nyní je nefunkční, vyhazuje pojistky. Na faktuře od Alza je sice v kolonce záruka, uvedeno 24měs. ale všude na obalu výrobku je "lifetime", proto si myslím, že by vada mohla být reklamovatelná. Mohu se v takovém případě obrátit na prodejce (tedy Vás), nebo probíhá reklamace přes výrobce? A pokud přes výrobce, poradíte mi jak je kontaktovat? APC sice má české stránky ale nějak se mi nedaří nalézt nějaký email, nebo založení žádosti o RMA. Možná to bude také tím, že přepěťová ochrana se mi podle Google najde na stránkách Schneider Electric (tedy zřejmě nějaké oddělení od APC? jelikož to se nyní zaměřuje především na UPS) Nevím jak postupovat. S přepěťovkou jsem byl velice spokojen a pokud by šlo provést opravu, upřednostnil bych ji na úkor nákupu nového výrobku Moc děkuji za odpověď
