ARAVEN PP GN 1/2 10 l, purple, airtight, anti-allergenic
The purple ARAVEN PP GN 1/2 airtight anti-allergen gastronorm container identifies and distinguishes food for customers with allergies or food intolerances from other containers, to keep it separate and protect it from potential contamination by substances that can cause an allergic reaction. Correct identification prevents the unintentional consumption of such foods by at-risk groups. A special permanent label identifies the allergen on the airtight container, thus guaranteeing food preservation for customers who suffer from food allergies or intolerances. In addition to being completely airtight, the container is specially designed to preserve and protect food from the risk of cross-contamination with food allergens. The purple identification colour distinguishes food for a customer with food allergies or intolerance from other containers, ensuring it is kept separate and protected from potential contamination by allergenic substances.
