Taniere vyzerajú pekne až na to, že 3 biele hlboké taniere prišli rozbité. 26.12.2020 si Alza vyžiadala fotodokumentáciu s tým, že ponúka kompenzáciu. Fotografie boli odoslané, no od tohto momentu sa už z Alzy nikto neozval...

Dobrý den, v popisu produktu máte napsáno, že je sada vhodná i do mikrovlnné trouby, v detailech je pod kolonkou ,,vhodné do mikrovlnné trouby" napsáno NE. Nechtěl bych aby mi z talíře slezla ta černá barva, jak to s nimi tedy je?
