Design and external layout
The case is built around a steel frame, ensuring strength and stability. The metal chassis is complemented by wooden elements on the front panel and top handles. An opaque steel side panel protects the components and promotes a minimalist, professional look. The front panel and handles are made from FSC-certified ash wood, which has been heat-treated for increased resistance to moisture and pests. Each piece of wood has a unique grain. The case measures 24.5×56×59.3cm, weighs 15.8kg, and is equipped with two wheels at the bottom for easier handling. The I/O panel is located on the top of the case.
Optimised airflow and cooling
The case's cooling is designed for maximum airflow. Internal deflectors direct cool air straight to the processor and graphics card. The open-mesh front panel allows for an unrestricted intake of cool air, complemented by two 200mm front fans and a 140mm rear fan with PWM control. The top position supports radiators up to 420mm, suitable for powerful AIOs and custom water-cooling loops. The ATX-format power supply is installed in a separate tunnel at the bottom of the case.
Practical details and security
The ASUS ProArt PA602 case offers tool-free installation of graphics card slot covers and a PWM hub for centralised control of up to six fans. An integrated dust detection system alerts you when the filters need cleaning. Practical details include a power button lock to prevent accidental shutdowns and a dedicated space for a Wi-Fi antenna, which helps maintain the build's clean appearance.
Compatibility and front panel connectivity
The case's interior can accommodate even the most powerful components, including horizontally mounted graphics cards and CPU coolers up to 190mm in height. It supports standard and extended motherboard formats: ATX, mATX, mITX, eATX, as well as the less common mDTX and DTX. For storage, there are 8 bays available – four combo bays for 3.5" HDDs or 2.5" SSDs, and four dedicated bays for 2.5" SSDs. The top I/O panel offers a USB-C (20Gb/s), 2× USB 3.2 Gen 1, 2× USB 2.0, and a combined audio jack.
