Advanced cooling system
The card's cooling is handled by an advanced system featuring MaxContact technology, which increases the heatsink's contact area by 5% compared to standard solutions. Three Axial-tech fans, equipped with dual ball bearings, move 31% more air than conventional fans. The two outer fans rotate counter-clockwise to reduce turbulence. The fans stop when temperatures are below 55°C and start up again when they exceed 60°C. Optimal heat dissipation from the GPU is ensured by a special phase-change thermal pad that melts to effectively fill the gaps between the chip and the heatsink.
Durable construction and quality components
The card's construction uses military-grade components, including certified TUF coils and MOSFETs, to ensure stable power delivery. TUF 5K capacitors offer a 52% wider temperature tolerance and a 2.5× longer lifespan than standard components. The printed circuit board is protected by a special coating against moisture, dust and debris. A metal shroud and a vented aluminium backplate ensure heat dissipation and prevent the board from sagging. ASUS GPU Guard technology reinforces all four corners of the chip, reducing the risk of cracking, while a mounting bracket ensures even pressure.

The card features a Dual BIOS with a switch between Quiet and Performance modes. The Auto-Extreme manufacturing process completes all soldering in a single pass, which reduces thermal stress on components and eliminates the use of harsh cleaning chemicals. Support for AMD HYPR-RX activates all available technologies to boost performance and reduce latency. AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution 4 provides high-quality image scaling using artificial intelligence.
Intuitive software and customisation
The GPU Tweak III software offers a centralised control panel for tuning the card, which includes an improved voltage and frequency adjustment tool. It features 0dB technology to stop the fans, automatic profile switching, and a fully customisable on-screen display. The card is compatible with Aura Sync for synchronising ARGB lighting.
