The Atlas DEFENDER II HYBRID Ai CE2 chest protector combines robust protection with comfort for motocross riders. Its hybrid Ai™ construction uses a hard shell on the chest and soft, flexible Adapted Impact™ back protection, allowing for freedom of movement. The protector meets CE Level 2 certification for both the chest and back, providing a high level of impact absorption. Thanks to adjustable straps and the option to wear it under or over a jersey, it adapts to every rider.

Hybrid construction for freedom of movement
The Atlas DEFENDER II protector uses a hybrid Ai™ construction that combines the properties of hard and soft protectors. The front section consists of a hard shell covering the chest, while the back is protected by a soft and flexible Adapted Impact™ insert. The multi-panel design of both the front and back sections adapts to your body's movements and won't restrict you while riding. This design ensures protection and maximum comfort at the same time.
Certified protection and practical features
The protector meets CE Level 2 certification for both the chest and back. This means it offers approximately double the impact absorption capability compared to the more common Level 1 standard. On impact, it transmits less than 9kN of force, whereas the limit for Level 1 is 18kN. The wraparound design of the front section also protects the ribs and sides. For comfort while riding, the protector is equipped with generous ventilation, and a simple, secure clip on the front handles fastening.
