Auraton Auriga Daytime Thermostat with Nighttime Temperature Drop
The Auraton Auriga daily thermostat with night setback is used to regulate the temperature in heating systems, such as boilers or underfloor heating. This wired device measures the room temperature and switches the connected appliance based on the set values. The device operates on a 24-hour cycle and temporarily reduces the programmed temperature by 3°C for 6 hours. Users can select desired values in the range of 5°C to 35°C. The control accuracy is precisely 0.2°C for a stable indoor climate. The built-in system reacts to temperature changes in real time. The backlit LCD shows the current status of the heating system and simplifies daily adjustments. It requires two AAA batteries for power.

System protection functions and installation
The Auraton Auriga features integrated FrostGuard protection, which prevents the temperature from dropping below 2°C if the device is switched off. Pulse Width Modulation mode limits temperature fluctuations in the room. The relay has a working load of 16A at up to 230V AC. Being battery-powered removes the need for a fixed mains connection. The 90×90×30mm construction requires surface mounting or installation on a 60mm diameter box. The clear LCD displays the operating status and battery level. A digital indicator shows real-time temperature readings. The Auraton Auriga operates in a temperature range of 0°C to +45°C.
