Dobrý den, mám od vás tyto pneu na voze a od obutí cítím neustálé drncání. Pneu jsem nechal obout a vyvážit. Po ujetí cca 300km jel zpět vyvážení reklamovat a nechal to pneuservis zkontrolovat a znovu vyvážit. Bez zlepšení. Vůz jsem dal do servisu s obavou, že se něco stalo na podvozku a tam mi řekli, že vůz je ok, ale že mám vadné pneu. Prý mají výškovou házivost někde až 5mm. Tyto vady se údajně při vyvažování neodhalí. Vadné všechny 4 kola. Prý to může být následek špatného skladování, nebo vada výroby. Jak nyní postupovat při reklamaci? Pneuservis mé staré již vyhodil a nemám náhradu. Navíc si nedokážu představit, že Vám na prodejnu donesu 4 špinavá kola.
