Chtěl jsem nakoupit u Alzy střešní nosič, použil jsem zákaznickou linku na dotaz o dostupnosti zboží.n Tam mi bylo slíbeno, že mne bude informovat nějaký pracovník. Po cca 30ti hodinách se stále nikdo neozývá. Tak jsem koupil jinde a Alza mně asi už nikdy neuvidí. Z hlediska marketingu je to klasický případ jak se ztrácí zákazníci. Pápá.
