Local ventilation clamp
Local ventilation clamp
The Mestic ventilation clip is a practical accessory for correctly storing cool boxes and portable fridges during the off-season. By simply inserting it between the lid and the body of the box, you create a small gap that ensures constant air circulation. The clip is made of flexible silicone, so it adapts easily and won't damage the seal or the surface of the box. This is an effective way to prevent the unpleasant odours, moisture and mould that can form in an enclosed space.
Key features of the Mestic ventilation clip
- Designed for storing cool boxes and portable fridges
- Keeps the lid slightly ajar for constant air circulation
- Prevents unpleasant odours, moisture and mustiness
- Made from durable and flexible silicone
- Easy to place between the lid and the body of the cool box
Proper storage for a longer lifespan
After the season ends and you've cleaned your cool box, some residual moisture always remains. If you close the lid completely, you create the ideal environment for bacteria and mould to grow, leading to a musty smell. The Mestic clip solves this problem by keeping the lid slightly ajar, which enables natural air circulation. This lets the interior dry out completely and stay fresh until its next use. It also saves you the hassle of a deep clean before the start of a new season.
