The METALTEC-1 additive represents the latest generation of metal conditioner. Reduces friction and fuel consumption and increases component life and engine performance . The additive can be mixed with all transmission oils, synthetic and mineral oils, hydraulic fluids and permanent petroleum jelly. The METALTEC-1 additive is suitable for the winter and summer seasons.
Key properties of the METALTEC-1 additive, 4 l

- METALTEC-1 can be blended with crude oil, gasoline, gear oils, synthetic and mineral oils
Industrial use:
- Crankcase: add 30 - 60 ml per liter of engine oil every 300 hours. For older machines or extreme conditions, add 60 ml per liter of oil every 300 hours.
- Gearboxes, insulated units: add 30-60 ml / 1 l of engine oil every 1000 hours. For older machines or extreme conditions 60 ml / 1 l of oil in insulated units every 500 hours.
- Compressors: into piston, rotary, cooling and air-conditioning units 30-60 ml / 1 l after 1000 hours.
- Hydraulics: add 250 ml for every 22 liters of hydraulic fluid every 1000 hours of operation.
- Metal processing: apply a thin layer to the metal surface when threading, swank, drilling (to a larger diameter), turning, stretching, drilling, pressing and milling.
- Roller and ball bearings: immerse clean bearings in METALTEC-1 during assembly. Gently mix it into the lubricant (60 ml / 1 kg) and apply to the bearing housing according to the manufacturer' s instructions.
- Use in workshops: excellent lubricant for pneumatic equipment, valves, chains, conveyors, all high speed shafts, bearings of electric motors, heaters and blowers.
- Assembly lubricating oil: apply a thin layer to crankshaft bearings, bearing journals, camshafts, bearing surfaces and hoist bases.
Cars - use:
Dosage: medium 50 ml / 1 liter of oil
The following conditions apply to European conditions:
- petrol engines: 250 ml for the entire engine oil
- diesel engines: 300 ml for the entire engine oil
- automatic transmissions: 150 ml for the entire contents of the automatic transmission
- manual gearboxes (for petrol): 150 ml for the entire oil level of the gear unit
- manual gearboxes (for diesel): 250 ml for the entire oil level of the gear unit
- differentials: 150 ml for the entire oil filling of the differential
- power steering: 50 ml for the entire filling of the booster hydraulic fluid
- four-stroke engines at BA: 100 ml / up to 10 liters of gasoline - performed 4 times a year
- NM diesel engines: 150 ml / up to 10 liters of diesel - perform 4 times a year
Motorcycles - two-stroke:
- 2-stroke engines: 50 ml / 1 liter of added oil to the fuel for 2-stroke engines, which is mixed with gasoline
- motorcycle gearboxes: 50 ml / 1 liter of motorcycle transmission oil
Other uses:
- Injection of METALTEC-1 under the rubber sleeve of the brakes prevents its blocking and corrosion.
- METALTEC-1 is extremely effective for pouring 250 ml per fuel tank into gas oil, thus lubricating all neuralgic parts of the injection pump and injector. After 15,000 km of operation, it must be refilled with METALTEC-1 gas oil.
- In particular, the application of METALTEC-1 to petrol in fuel-injected cars and cars equipped with a gas installation is recommended. After 15,000 km of operation, it must be re-applied to METALTEC-1 petrol.
Trucks and heavy machinery:
For engines with a cylinder capacity of more than 5 liters, multiply by 75 ml of METALTEC-1 with the indicated cylinder capacity. These are engines with higher oil volumes. Example of calculation for application in heavy vehicles and heavy mechanisms and machines. For an 8-liter engine with a 60-liter engine oil charge, 75 ml of METALTEC-1 is applied, which is multiplied by the 8-liter engine capacity to a total engine oil volume of 60 liters (75 × 8 = 600 ml).
