    • Description: Two-piece clamping belt with ratchet for securing the load, finished with hooks. The ratchet is of all-metal design with a locking mechanism, 25 mm wide strap, length 4 m. The clamping belt has a tensile strength of 250 kg, with a load hugging capacity of 500 kg. We recommend the use of protective elements when clamping the load. Without the use of protective elements, the clamping belt can be damaged. Do not use the clamping belt if it is damaged! It is forbidden to use clamping belts to lift loads. Clamping belts that are knotted, knotted or otherwise not professionally adjusted must not be used.

    Use: Attach the hook of the loose and fixed part of the belt to a suitable place on the vehicle load area. Pull the belt manually out of the ratchet through the ratchet so that the belt is fully extended over the load - this prevents the ratchet from being "clogged" by the coiled belt. Then use the ratchet lever to tension the belt - the belt must be wrapped around the ratchet sleeve at least 1 mm. 2.5 times. The belt can then be freely pulled back out of the ratchet.

    Notice: Tighten the clamping ratchet so as not to damage the load. Use only your own strength to tighten. Never pull the ratchet with a foreign object.

    Maintenance and cleaning: Treat the moving metal parts of the ratchet with a suitable lubricant as required. If the clamping belt is dirty, clean only with water, do not use cleaning agents or chemicals. Damage to the belt may occur.
