VHT Wrinkle Plus paint with strong texture black

The VHT Wrinkle Plus spray with a black shade allows for the desired surface to have a new colour and an original look with a distinctive texture. The paint resists temperatures up to 177°C and is, therefore, suitable for painting engine components such as starters, suction ducts, valve covers and other metal surfaces. The paint protects the surface from fading, grease and weathering. Also works as an excellent corrosion protection.

Colour Curing:

  • After applying the paint, it must be baked at about 93°C (200°F) for 20 minutes to 1 hour. When used on engine components such as suction ducts or valve covers, natural temperature cure from normal operation is sufficient.

Application Procedure:

  • Remove the original colour, rust, grease and dirt from the surface to be painted. The painted surface must be dry and clean.
  • Use a masking tape to cover the areas you do not want to paint. Work at 16-35°C and humidity up to 60%.
  • Shake the spray can thoroughly for at least 1 minute before use. Also, shake the container for 10 seconds after each minute of use.
  • Apply at least 3 thick layers by uniformly cross-painting from a distance of approximately 20-25 cm. Let each layer dry for 4 minutes before applying the next one.
  • VHT wrinkle Plus dries very slowly and the textured surface does not appear immediately. Allow the paint to dry for at least 2 hours.
  • If the structure does not appear on the surface, apply an additional layer of VHT Wrinkle Plus.
  • Do not touch the surface for 24 hours and wait at least 48 hours before re-installing the painted part back into the car.
  • The colour should be cured at ca. 93°C (200°F) for 20 minutes to 1 hour.
