The VIAIR 280C air compressor is designed for filling smaller pressure vessels up to 9.5 l (2.5 gallon). A duty cycle of 30% at 100 PSI (6.895 bar) allows the compressor to be restarted. The maximum working pressure of the compressor is 150 PSI (10.342 bar). VIAIR compressors with model designation "C" are designed for filling pressure vessels. They are not equipped with an on/off switch or their own pressure switch. The use of an external pressure switch and electrical relay is recommended and required.
