Avide Premium LED strip DCOB 8 W/m, 800 lm/m, waterproof, cool white

The AVIDE DCOB LED strip is five metres long and offers uniform illumination with a cool white light. Thanks to its DCOB technology, it doesn't suffer from visible spots from individual diodes, creating a continuous line of light. The IP44 rating means it can be used both indoors and in outdoor areas where the strip can withstand splashing water. Installation is made easy by the self-adhesive backing, which lets you attach it to smooth surfaces. The strip requires a 12V power supply.

Uniform light and a durable design

The strip uses DCOB (Direct Chip on Board) technology, where the chips are placed directly onto the flexible printed circuit board. This solution ensures an even distribution of light without the visible spots common in older types of LED strips. The result is a continuous line of light. The IP44 rating means the strip is protected against the ingress of solid objects larger than 1mm and against splashing water from all directions. This allows you to install it even in damp environments.

Easy installation and lighting properties

Installation is simple thanks to the self-adhesive layer on the back, which sticks to smooth surfaces. For operation, the strip must be connected to a 12V power supply. With a luminous flux of 4000lm and a power consumption of 40W over 5 metres (8W/m), it provides bright illumination. The CRI 80 colour rendering index helps ensure that the colours of illuminated objects look natural and undistorted. The cool white light has a temperature of 6400K.
