AXAGON ADR-210, 10m

An active USB 2.0 extension cable AXAGON ADR-210, length 10m. The active part of the cable - the USB repeater amplifies the passing USB signal and allows to connect significantly more distant USB devices than the usual 5m passive cables. You can connect several repeater cables in a row.

A great advantage of the ADR-210 extension is the integrated power supply connector. In most cases, the power supply via USB is sufficient, but for larger devices with greater consumption, the USB power supply may be inadequate, and additional power from the mains may resolve the problem in these cases.

The remarkably compact body of the AXAGON repeater allows for seamless use in wiring or cable systems. The use of high-quality shielded cable ensures high communication speed and minimal undesirable interference.

Power supply:
Power cable and connected devices via USB (bus-power mode 5V - 500mA).
For most connected USB devices, the USB power supply is sufficient and no additional power is needed.
The active part of the cable contains a connector (O 3.5 x 1.3mm external x internal diameter) for additional external power supply of 5V / 1-2A.
Power adapter not included - recommended power adapter AXAGON AC-5V2A.
When powering the repeater cable with a power adapter, you can also connect an external 2.5" disk without the need for a self-powered disk.
With longer USB routing with multiple repeater cables connected in a row, the USB bus supply may be inadequate and can be boosted by feeding the repeater cable.
