Zakoupil jsem AXAGON CRE-SMPC Smart card / ID card PocketReader, USB-C, ale zařzení nefunguje ani s notebookem, ani s mobilem. čtečka se tváří, že je připojena, ale kartu ať OP, čikartu řidiče nenačítá. hlásí karta nevložena

Telefon zařízení najde ale po vložení op to nic nedělá. je problém tom že bych neměl aktivovaný čip na občance nebo je problém jinde?

Dobrý den, nikde (ani na stránkách výrobce, ani jinde na webu) nelze zjistit informaci, jak rozevřít tělo čtečky která je dodávána sbalená v kompaktním stavu.
