Magnesium bisglycinate
The purest form of magnesium on the market without oxide form (up to 11% elemental magnesium) confirmed by a certified laboratory. Supplemented with TRIPLE B-complex and manganese for even better support of energy metabolism and nervous system, easier absorption, synergistic action and maximum utilization by the body (highly bioavailable).
Active ingredients
- Magnesium: It contributes to electrolyte balance, protein synthesis, proper functioning of muscles and the nervous system.
- Manganese:An important trace element for energy metabolism and maintaining healthy bones.
- Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin): It contributes to the maintenance of healthy mucous membranes, red blood cells, skin and eyesight, protecting cells from oxidative stress and reducing fatigue.
- Vitamin B1 (Thiamine): It contributes to the proper function of the heart.
- Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine):Important for homocysteine, protein and glycogen metabolism, red blood cell production and immune system function.

Recommended dosage
Children from 7 years old: 1 capsule per day. Adults: 1-3 times a day 1 capsule. Wash down with plenty of water. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded!
