Dobrý den....Jak se tyto sluchátka nabijí? 1. Mi přišly sluchátka venku z originální krabičky 2. Kabel se vejde pouze do sluchátek ale do mobilu už ne (iPhone 11) 3. Na krabičce je napsána reklamace... já si objednal nové sluchátka... děkuji za odpověď...

Dobrý den, ve vlastnostních je napsáno "velmi dobrá redukce šumu" Ovšem hned při prvním poslechu jsem slyšel značný šum, který mi znepříjemňoval poslech. Je možné, že se jedná pouze o chybu jednoho kusu, nebo šum (zejména při tižších částech písničky) je běžný. Děkuji.

Dobrý deň, slúchadla mi včera došli a akosi mi chýbajú basy. Nemyslím nič extrémne, ale nepočujem ich vôbec. Slúchadlá, ktoré som mal za 10 eur, mi hrali lepšie vyladený zvuk (v tom aj basy). Môžu byť kazové? Vďaka
