Properties of fluorite and how to care for your bracelet
Fluorite, chemically known as calcium fluoride, is a relatively fragile mineral. For this reason, the jewellery requires gentle handling and protection from knocks, falls and contact with chemicals. The mineral reaches a hardness of 4 on the Mohs scale. To maintain the richness of the colours, do not expose the beads to prolonged direct sunlight. To clean it, all you need is lukewarm water and a soft cloth.
