Maintenance is minimal – just wash the insoles by hand in lukewarm, soapy water and let them air dry. By replacing them regularly every 6 to 12 months, you'll ensure your stability on the course is always at its best.
Choose the right size
For maximum insole functionality, remove the original insoles from your shoes. Use the original insoles as a template for the new ones, and if necessary, carefully trim the toe area with scissors. This will ensure a perfect fit without the material wrinkling. If you are new to using insoles, we recommend introducing them into your training gradually to allow your muscles and tendons to get used to the new load patterns and more stable arch support.
