The Benab Zero Visco 18 HR mattress with high-quality, profiled HR memory foam. The mattress surface is shaped into 7 zones to best adapt its properties to each part of the body. This provides ample support and flexibility exactly where you need it, letting your body rest perfectly. The mattress is bonded using HotMelt technology. This eco-friendly adhesive is also used in the food industry. It is ecological and completely odourless. The bonded joint retains its strength over time. The surface of the mattress, profiled on both sides into nodules, improves skin circulation and relaxes muscles during sleep.

Visco
Viscoelastic FOAM, often referred to as "memory FOAM" or "lazy FOAM", was invented in 1970 at the NASA research centre in the USA. Its main function was to neutralise the negative effects of prolonged sitting and lying. Viscoelastic FOAM is a unique type of polyurethane foam that changes its hardness depending on temperature. Lazy foams offer a unique feeling when lying down because the unique foam reacts to temperature, adapting perfectly to the anatomy of the human body. It has a significant impact on sleep quality and blood circulation, alleviates back pain, and prevents the formation of pressure sores.
PUR foam and HR foam
The production uses highly durable and breathable PUR (polyurethane) foams, which excel in their excellent elasticity, shape retention, and long lifespan. HR foam is often called cold foam. It gets its name from the manufacturing process, the so-called cold process. The foam has a microporous structure with a high density, which suitably combines flexibility and breathability. Mattresses made from cold foam have excellent breathability and reduce excessive sweating.
