The large casserole with a lid with a marble surface from the BERLINGERHAUS Carbon PRO Line is made in an attractive design. The casserole also includes a precisely fitting transparent plastic lid, which makes it easier to store cooked food, for example directly in the refrigerator. The 3-layer surface with a marble design is characterized by its perfect non-stick properties, the prepared food does not burn and thanks to this the dishes are very easy to clean - at the same time it is suitable for healthy cooking with a minimum of fat or oil, depending on the ingredients used, even without a single drop of fat. The inner and outer layers do not contain any harmful substances, so the resulting food does not lose its vitamins through cooking. The core of the saucepan made of forged aluminum stands out for its high stability and perfect thermal conductivity, so it not only heats up quickly and evenly over the entire surface, but also maintains the temperature very easily during cooking. Thanks to its perfect appearance, the casserole is also suitable for serving dishes directly to the table. The materials used do not contain any pollutants such as PFOA, lead or cadmium.

Practical details
The Carbon PRO Line marble-coated casserole with lid has a reinforced stainless steel Turbo induction bottom for maximum cooking efficiency. The ergonomically shaped handles have a non-slip soft grip, which makes them comfortable in the hand and allows a firm and secure grip. Thanks to the insulating elements , the handles remain cool and do not burn during the entire cooking time. Another advantage is the lid made of tempered heat-resistant glass, which is equipped with an 18/10 stainless steel rim around the perimeter. The perfect shape of the lid adheres well to the body of the pot and the integrated opening naturally regulates the amount of steam inside the container. The rounded transition between the bottom and the walls facilitates mixing of the contents. The body of the saucepan is finished with a reinforced edge for better impact resistance.
