Beurer EM 56
Beurer EM 56 is a digital TENS and EMS electrostimulator that combines nerve pathway stimulation, muscle stimulation, and electrically induced massage. The TENS mode directs electrical impulses through the electrodes on the skin to the nerve pathways. EMS stimulates muscle tissue and can be used to supplement muscle training, recovery, and relaxation. The massage programmes provide a sensation similar to a massage using electrical stimulation. The electrostimulator offers 22 programmes and 2 channels. The programmes include 9 TENS programmes, 8 EMS programmes, and 5 massage programmes. Within the TENS programmes, you can choose from 4 programmes for acute issues and 5 for chronic issues. Each mode allows you to set the intensity of both channels independently from 0 to 50, adapting the stimulation strength for the two connected pairs of electrodes based on the chosen area and your personal sensitivity.

The display shows the recommended electrode position for the programme you select. The package includes 4 electrodes and 2 connection cables. You can save your most-used programme as a favourite, and it will automatically activate the next time you turn on the Beurer EM 56 electrostimulator. The electrostimulator records the total usage time in its therapy memory. It has a button lock to prevent accidental changes to the settings. The remaining programme time is shown on the display as a countdown.
The Beurer EM 56 electrostimulator is also suitable for travel
The Beurer EM 56 electrostimulator is equipped with a clip, which you can use to attach the control unit to your belt. It is powered by 3 AAA batteries, which are included in the package. It boasts a compact design, so you can take it with you when you travel. When using the device, it is important that the electrodes adhere to the skin over their entire surface. If their adhesion deteriorates or you notice visible signs of wear, they need to be replaced. Ideally, they should be replaced after approximately 20 uses.
Usage:
The device is intended for home use by adults according to the instructions, not for professional medical facilities. Do not use it if you have a pacemaker or other electrical implants, during pregnancy, if you have epilepsy, certain heart conditions, or on injured or irritated skin. Do not place the electrodes across the chest, on the front of the neck, or on the head. Use does not replace a medical examination; consult a doctor for any unexplained, severe, or worsening pain.
