The iron is made of an aluminium soleplate surface, which is ideal for ironing cotton, jeans, and similar cloth materials. Its 50 g/min steam output allows you to easily iron even thicker and wrinkle-prone fabrics. When there are still wrinkled folds on your garments, you can get rid of them with the the Steam Boost function that gives a steam output of up to 230 g/min. The iron is also equipped with a dampening spray function. The iron is perfectly suited for ironing big piles of clothes, since you don't need to frequently refill the water in its 330 ml water tank. For ease-of-use, the BRAUN SI 9188 EBK comes with a 2,5 m long power cord.
