Sati is a brand that was founded in Strasbourg and for decades has been bringing coffee lovers around the world balanced blends of Arabica and Robusta with a typical French character.

Sati Guatemala Sierra Madre is a delicious 100% Arabica originating from the Western Guatemala region, from plantations located over 1,350 metres above sea level. Thanks to its BIO and FAIRTRADE Max Havelaar certification, it meets the strictest criteria for sustainable and fair agriculture. The coffee is grown at a high altitude and bears the 'strictly hard bean' designation, which is a sign of its exceptional quality. In the cup, it offers a balanced, smooth, yet distinct flavour with a pleasant acidity, notes of hazelnut and chocolate, and a long-lasting persistence of taste. It is roasted using a traditional, slow method in France to the typical 'monk's robe' colour. The intensity of this coffee is 7, so it will delight all those seeking a harmony between strength and smoothness.

Sati Guatemala Sierra Madre Bio Fairtrade coffee is now packaged in fully recyclable packaging without an aluminium layer. This modern packaging protects the quality of the freshly roasted coffee while also being mindful of nature. The practical 500g pack size is the ideal choice for anyone looking for coffee with a distinct character and an environmentally friendly approach.

Les Cafés Sati is a French, family-run, and independent company, founded in 1926 in Strasbourg, Alsace. Nearly 100 years of tradition, experience, and know-how in producing quality coffee have been passed down in the Schulé family from father to son for three generations.

The selection of raw materials and the roasting process are overseen by quality manager Sébastien Maurer, a five-time French coffee tasting champion. Each bean passes through the hands of experts with passion and respect, who together ensure that the coffee that reaches you will delight the senses and warm the heart.

Cafés Sati is not just about taste – it's about sustainability, responsibility, and trust. The company carefully selects partners among farmers and cooperatives in Central and South America and East Africa, where the highest quality Arabica varieties are born. The collaboration with these growers is built on solid foundations of trust and fairness. For more than 20 years, the manufacturer has offered certified organic and Fairtrade/Max Havelaar coffees, ensuring fair rewards for farmers and supporting the improvement of their living and working conditions, while Sati also protects the environment.

For Sati, sustainability isn't a trend. It's a commitment. Great coffee should not come at the expense of the planet or the people who grow it. The company actively supports organic farming – its coffees carry the AB (Agriculture Biologique) certification, and at Sati, they carefully oversee the entire process from farm to roastery. The manufacturer has introduced a range of compostable capsules, which were the first of their kind to be launched on the market in France – fully decomposable at home, without the need for industrial processing.
