In addition to taking pictures, the EOS 100D offers you the ability to record high-quality videos. It supports Full HD resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels with 30fps, and features a large 3" display.

Canon's Scene Intelligent Auto Mode analyses the scene and automatically sets the most appropriate camera settings.
Capture action
Watch and shoot fast-moving subjects at 4fps, and take advantage of 9 AF points for fast and accurate focus even with off-centre subjects.
A Mode for whatever you are shooting
Theme-based scene modes automatically choose the right camera settings for the subject that you're shooting. Choose from Portrait, Landscape, Sports, Kids, Food, and more. And when you're ready, go to Creative Auto Mode, which gives you more control over factors such as background blur, via an intuitive interface.
Two lenses for fantastic results
The Canon EF-S 18-55mm IS STM is equipped with a 4EV optical image stabilizer. STM motor technology delivers near-silent focusing, the Super Spectra coating reduces flare and improves sharpness, and the 7-bladed aperture provides smooth out-of-focus highlights for a more natural look.
The Tamron 70-300mm telephoto zoom lens with 300mm ultra-long focal length and autofocus is designed for SLR cameras. The innovative design and materials make it extremely compact and lightweight while maintaining high image quality, including LD (low-dispersion) reducing colour defects. The lens can also be used for macro shots, the smallest focal length is 95cm, and the zoom at the maximum focal length is 1:2.
