Dobrý den, tiskárnu jsem koupil na Alze jako použitou, ovšem přišla celá poškrábaná, špinavá a ještě při vybalení vypadl kousek plastu. Při prvotním - zkušebním tisku na klasický A4 papír ho protrhla a papír byl zaseknutý a umazaný od barev. Naštěstí šel celkem snadno vyjmout z tiskárny, ovšem při druhém tisku se toto stalo znovu. Při tisku na fotografický papír (10x15cm) se vytiskla polovina fotky a přes foto byl silný černý pruh a barvy vyšisované. Po připojení tiskárny přes kabel to ukázalo, že jsou prázdné tonery/inkousty, a to: Bk, Pgbk a Cyan. Po kontrole kazet jsem zjistil, že vnitřek je celý špinavý od pigmentu a kazety/tonery nejsou originální, ale ty nejlevnější čínský šmejdi! Chtěl bych se Vás tímto zeptat, zda jste tuto tiskárnu našli u popelnic a prodali mi jí jako témeř (dle Vašich slov) novou ( v neoriginálním balení, ale zkontrolované, kompletní a plně funkční zařízení s 12 měsíční zárukou atd. atd.) ?! Jako mám největší chut jí sbalit zpátky do krabice a jít rovnou s fakturou na ČOI, ale potřebuju tisknout a dokončit projekty, takže jí nechám okamžitě někde opravit o pošlu Vám účet za opravu.. nebo jak fungují Vaši experti a technici?! Je mi z toho smutno, protože se cítím velmi podvedený a čekám klasickou odpověď ať jí vrátím nebo vyreklamuju (a budu měsíc bez tiskárny i bez peněz)…

Dobrý deň. Túto tlačiareň som si nedávno kúpila. Tlačí perfektne, až na to, že na kraji papiera často nechá nejakú nepravidelnú škvrnu čiernej farby. Akoby sa ten papier vždy nejak ,,obšuchol" o čierny atrament. V čom môže byť prosím problém? Ďakujem za odpoveď
